Daniel Mendoza | M.S., BCBA
 FounderÂ
Is a clinical leader and consultant who specializes in building behavioral health systems that actually hold up at scale.
Over more than two decades, he has led the expansion, restructuring, and quality oversight of large, interdisciplinary service programs across Southern California—often in settings where demand is high, resources are constrained, and failure has real community consequences.
His work sits at the intersection of clinical integrity, workforce development, and operational execution.
Daniel’s career has centered on applied behavior analysis and allied behavioral health services for autistic and neurodevelopmentally diverse individuals.
He has overseen programs spanning early intervention, ABA, mental health integration, speech and occupational therapy, and community-based enrichment. More importantly, he has been responsible for making those services sustainable—by designing clinical infrastructure, building leadership capacity, and aligning growth with regulatory and funding realities.
As a senior executive and clinical director within nonprofit and public-facing systems, Daniel has scaled services from small teams to regionally distributed operations serving thousands of clients. He has led interdisciplinary clinical teams, directed multi-site expansions, supported grant-funded initiatives, and partnered with payors and regional systems to expand access without eroding standards of care.
A defining feature of Daniel’s work is workforce development. He has mentored clinicians from entry-level roles through board certification and into leadership, with a deliberate focus on developing professionals from the communities being served.
His approach is practical and unsentimental: strong services require competent systems, clear expectations, and leaders who understand both clinical nuance and operational pressure.
In parallel with his operational work, Daniel teaches graduate-level ABA coursework as an adjunct professor and serves in leadership roles within professional organizations focused on equity, quality, and public accountability in behavior analysis. These roles reflect—not replace—his day-to-day engagement with real clinical systems.
Today, Daniel partners with organizations as a consultant to design programs, repair clinical infrastructure, guide expansion, and develop leaders who can sustain change after he steps away.
If your organization needs clarity, structure, and clinical credibility—not another framework—Daniel works with teams ready to build something durable.
